Not only do we value flat hierarchies, we actually stick to our word. All our colleagues work closely as a team to come up with solutions for projects and tasks. We apply scrum methodology and have regular meetings, whether in the form of daily, review, retrospective, or one-on-one meetings, thereby fostering a motivational culture where feedback is encouraged in the name of personal and professional development.

We want to make sure we’re a good match, but we also don’t want to waste your time or ours with an excessively protracted application process – we believe your time is too precious for that.

  2. If everything looks good to us, we’ll invite you to a face-to-face interview. The exact procedure of this and who you will meet will depend on the position.
  3. We’ll be in touch after the interview, but you’re also welcome to chase things up with us. Rest assured that we’ll inform you of the outcome either way. Other colleagues may want to meet you as part of a second interview. Or:

The onboarding process

We’ll give you all the equipment you need, tell you everything there is to know about our company, roles, and products, and obviously introduce you to our workflows and systems and provide in-depth training on these.
